Emphasising more on experiences when recruitment have negative implicatn much more than d benefit, bcos without employing d inexperience graduate how would they get d experience.

Please this reputable organization should help us the new Bs.c and holders to curb the level of unemployment by recruiting more fresh graduates. most organization will say 5-10 years of experience as they were not once a fresh graduates. Thanks.
